I live in the north-eastern 'burbs of Adelaide (claiming foothills because it is pretty hilly) and I'm more than pleased with that. I'm originally from the mid-north of South Australia and I've also lived in South Hedland (Western Australia) and Melbs in Victoria.

There is no shame in my op shop game and I am also fond of an online bargain. Rarely do I pay full RRP.

I dance like not only is everyone watching, but they have formed a circle around me and are clapping to the beat . . . and that beat is usually dance music of the late 80s/early 90s. My robot game is also strong and given enough encouragement and time to stretch, I may attempt a backbend.

I love Adelaide Hills sav blanc, dark chocolate Tim Tams, anything with salted caramel, British television and Red Rock Deli Sea Salt chips.

I have a husband and our daughter is in Year 1 and I'm not quite sure how that happened, given I only had her about 5 minutes ago.

I don't claim to be an expert in anything I blog about, unless I post about the seminal British teen dramedy of the 90s, Press Gang, because I am definitely expert-level at that.
